Gas-oxygen tuyeres

Gas-oxygen two wire tuyere is developed for heating and smelting of metallic furnace charge in the arc-electric furnace, also for oxygen supply needed for metal purification. Gas oxygen water-cooled tuyere is installed into the water jacket. It has separate ducts for oxygen delivery: for burning, metal purification, gas delivery, water cooling inlet and export duct. Tuyere central duct is used for delivering oxygen to the blast-furnace. Conventional gas delivery is completed through the by-pass duct of the top of the tuyere, oxygen for burning is delivered through the peripheral by-pass duct with a larger diameter. While heating and melting tuyere is used as a torch.

Water tuyere jacet

Water tuyere jacet is developed to protect gas-oxygen tuyere, it is installed into the side panel of the arc-melting furnace. Water-cooling tuyere water jacket is made of steel, its header is produced of high quality copper. Gas-oxygen tuyere installed into the dog-house is the accessory to heat and refine metal in the furnace. It has separate ducts for oxygen delivery: for burning, metal purification, gas delivery, water cooling inlet and export duct. Tuyere central duct is used for delivering refining oxygen to the blast-furnace. Conventional gas delivery is completed through the by-pass duct of the top of the tuyere, oxygen for burning is delivered through the peripheral by-pass duct with a larger diameter. While heating and melting of the metal charge tuyere is used as a torch. In the tuyere dog-house there is a device to realize pulverized coal-fuel injection.
